Return Policy

At B a r k w o o d we offer complimentary return shipping for domestic orders within the US and are pleased to accept returns that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 14 days from the date of your order ship date. Your returned item must arrive at B a r k w o o d Atelier no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you ship your item within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at B a r k w o o d Atelier within 14 days. We currently do not offer International returns or exchanges but plan to in the near future.

We are pleased to exchange your domestic purchase for a different size in the same style.

Please note sale items discounted at or more than 50% are deemed final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless uniquely noted. Please reference our product detail page during your checkout experience or your order confirmation email to validate the return eligibility for your items.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Refunds
If your item(s) are eligible for a refund, our Customer Service team will process your return back to the original form of payment. We are unfortunately unable to refund shipping at this time. Kindly note it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your bank and or credit card statement, depending on your credit card issuer. To our international customers, please note that any pre-paid duties and taxes will not be refunded directly by B a r k w o o d for any returned items. Please contact your governmental agency for information on the refund process.

Store Credit
If your item(s) are eligible for store credit, our Customer Service team will process your store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used toward a future purchase on B a r k w o o d, without a time limitation. Your gift card will be emailed to the email associated with your order and your B a r k w o o d account.

Prepare Package for Return
Prepare your package with the return documents enclosed in your order or emailed to you. Here’s how:

  1. Attach the Return Label to the outside of your B a r k w o o d box. To prevent delays with your return processing, please also remove all existing shipping labels from the parcel before doing so. If a Return Label was not enclosed, please contact us at info@barkwoodclothing.com.
  2. Carefully place any unwanted items with all original packaging inside the B a r k w o o d box(s) and seal.
  3. Drop off at UPS or USPS location depending on label provided.
  4. Keep a copy of the Return Label, as you can check the delivery status of your parcel using the tracking number provided.

B a r k w o o d is not liable for goods returned using any method other than our pre-paid return shipping label.
